Ingredients

Mozzarella 8 oz (225g)
Basil 12 large leaves

Instructions
Zest the lemon directly into a bowl
Crush garlic cloves using flat side of knife
Combine olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, and steak

Cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices
Trim mozzarella to remove silken membrane
Halve mozzarella slices lengthwise
