Ingredients
Mini Brioche Buns, 10 units
Halal Turkey Slices, 4 ounces
Vegan Cheddar, 2 cups shredded
Vegan Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup
Minced Garlic, 2 cloves
Pickle Relish, 1/4 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Place turkey slices on a baking sheet to warm
In a small bowl, mix vegan mayo with 2 cloves minced garlic
Microwave relish briefly to soften (30 seconds)
Split buns with a paring knife just before serving
Spoon 1 teaspoon garlic mayo into each bottom half
Layer 1–2 turkey slices over mayo base
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons shredded vegan cheddar per bun
Top each with 1/2 tablespoon warm relish
Assemble buns and serve warm
